- Assisting customers with general questions
- Documenting customers requests
- Navigating through software in a timely manner
- Giving quality calls to clients
What youll need:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Environment (Call center experience is a plus)
- Ability to type over 30 words per minute
- Proper phone etiquette
