The Hire Mark is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure company seeking a hands-on General Manager to partner directly with ownership and lead day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you'll serve as the operational leader of the organization and work closely with ownership to drive growth and execution across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a growing EV charging infrastructure company

  • Partner directly with ownership to execute strategic initiatives

  • Oversee project execution from development through completion

  • Manage and mentor operational leaders, including Project and Permit Managers

  • Recruit, hire, and develop additional leadership and operational staff

  • Build scalable systems, processes, and operational best practices

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, municipalities, and internal teams

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and project delivery

  • Support business development and company growth initiatives

  • Step into operational challenges wherever needed to keep projects moving

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading operations within a growing organization

  • Experience helping scale a business by implementing systems and building teams

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working directly with company ownership
