Job Summary:
As a LVN Nurse (Charge) at Avir at Groveton, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Manage and coordinate patient flow, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.
Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care.
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a LVN Nurse in the State of Texas.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a focus on medical-surgical or critical care.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
