Accounting Clerk

• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Support accounts receivable by posting payments and monitoring customer accounts.
• Prepare and process customer billing and invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
• Reconcile invoices and assist with resolving payment discrepancies.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors when providing front desk coverage.
• Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
• Provide support to the accounting team on special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Float between accounting and front office responsibilities based on business needs.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed.
