Registered Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Aurora Nursing and Rehab Center in Scottdale, PA is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ADON to join our team in our 35-bed long-term care facility.
Position Details:
Full Time
Shift: Day Shift
Available for On Call Rotation
Setting: Long-Term Care (35-bed facility)
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing
Minimum one-year Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
Weekly wound rounds and infection control
Schedule staff in Nursing department
Assist Director of Nursing with duties
Available for on call rotation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
