Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Tractor Operator / Heavy Equipment Operator to support solar farm maintenance projects across North Carolina and South Carolina. In this role, you will operate a tractor equipped with specialized machinery used to clean solar panels and help maintain solar energy facilities. This position requires frequent travel between job sites and a strong commitment to safety and equipment care.
Responsibilities
- Operate tractors with specialized cleaning attachments to clean solar panels.
- Safely transport and operate equipment at various solar farm locations.
- Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
- Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures.
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other general site maintenance tasks as needed.
- Travel regularly to projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating tractors, heavy equipment, or agricultural/construction machinery.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout NC and SC.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.
- Ability to climb on and off equipment safely.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Hours may vary depending on project location and weather.
- Overtime may be available.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience.
- Weekly pay.

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for candidates with experience operating tractors or heavy equipment who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable traveling, and have a strong safety mindset. Experience in agriculture, construction, land clearing, excavation, utility work, or similar industries is highly preferred.
