GROWTH SOURCING SPECIALIST / PROCUREMENT SUPPORT

Elite Corporate Solutions is seeking an experienced Growth Sourcing Specialist / Procurement Professional to support high-value growth and capital projects within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.
This temporary opportunity will focus on strategic sourcing, competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, contracting strategies, and procurement support for CAPEX and expansion projects.
What You’ll Do

• Manage RFI/RFP and competitive bidding processes for high-value project scopes.
• Support procurement and contracting strategies for CAPEX, growth, and EPC projects.
• Analyze commercial bids, supplier pricing, lead times, terms, and Total Cost of Ownership.
• Lead supplier negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineering, Business Development, HSSE, and Contracting teams.
• Support supplier qualification and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement and tender documentation in the ERP system.
• Identify supply-chain risks and support mitigation strategies for critical materials, equipment, and services.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, terminals, or similar industrial environments.
• Experience supporting CAPEX, EPC, growth, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with RFPs/RFIs, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations, and contracting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, OCS, or similar.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional English communication skills.

Preferred: Experience with brownfield/operating terminal projects, FEL project stages, and certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP.
