Job Title Shop Helper
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Shop Helper for a full-time position south of Claremore, OK. You will support daily shop operations by utilizing hand and power tools, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting team members with various fabrication or assembly tasks. Job Details Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Compensation: $15.00 per hour Location: South of Claremore, OK (On-site)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of hand and power tools. Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, clearing debris, and organizing materials .Material Handling: Move, load, and unload materials or components throughout the shop floor .Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications Experience: Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required. Gear: Must own and wear steel-toed boots/shoes on the shop floor. Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a shop environment. Attributes: Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
