Janitorial Team MemberSupervisor: Operations ManagerPrimary Location: Ad-Tech Industries – Supports multiple plant and office locationsJob SummaryThe Janitorial Team Member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of multiple facilities, including both plant and office areas. This role also supports light maintenance. A focus on detail, safety, and efficiency is essential to ensure a clean and organized workplace across all assigned locations.Key ResponsibilitiesClean restrooms, offices, cafeterias, and common areas according to scheduleMop, sweep, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.Maintain drinking fountains, wash basins, and other fixtures.Restock and monitor janitorial supplies; follow proper ordering proceduresHandle waste disposal and manage the company's recycling programAssist with light maintenance tasks as needed.Travel between assigned locations to support multiple facilitiesFollow proper lifting techniques and safety procedures.Wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes, gloves, and safety glasses.Maintain clean and organized work areas.Support emergency, fire, and severe weather proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredJanitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but on-the-job training is available.Physically able to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally and 10–40 lbs. frequentlyAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishKnowledge of cleaning practices, materials, and safety proceduresDetail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructionsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksValid driver's license preferred for travel between locationsWork EnvironmentA combination of plant and office areasExposure to heat in summer and varying temperaturesOccasional exposure to odors and unpleasant tasksPPE required for protection from chemicals and bodily fluidsCompensation & BenefitsCompensation:Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skillBenefits Include:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysPaid Training Opportunities
