Paint Lead - Order Bundler

What You'll Do

Package, bundle, label, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and traceability.
Meet production schedules and efficiency goals by following standard work instructions and operating with minimal supervision.
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools and document production activities in Spacesaver's ERP system.
Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning products, reporting quantities, and completing required shipping and packing documentation.
Identify and resolve production issues, report material or equipment concerns, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Train and support team members on bundling procedures and best practices.
Promote a safe, organized workplace through 5S principles, ergonomic practices, and adherence to all safety requirements.
Support customer commitments by being flexible and working overtime when needed.

What you need?

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience OR technical degree + 1–2 years.
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to read English instructions and write simple correspondence.
Ability to use tape measures, calipers, scales, and other measuring tools.
Strong teamwork, time‑management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
