As an Infection Control Staff Development Registered Nurse (RN) at Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine infection control surveillance and monitoring to identify potential infection risks
Developing and implementing effective infection prevention strategies to reduce the spread of infection
Educating staff on infection prevention practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based care practices
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to promote a culture of excellence in patient care
Responsibilities:
