About the Role:

• Housekeeper Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to high standards

  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed

  • Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process

• Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organization's policies and procedures

  • Participate in on-going training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in housekeeping in long term care

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
