What You’ll Do

As a Pricer / Donation Processor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our thrift store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Donations: Sort and inspect donated items to determine their quality and usability.
- Pricing Merchandise: Assign fair and competitive prices to items based on their condition, value, and market trends.
- Organizing Inventory: Ensure items are neatly prepared and ready for display on the sales floor.
- Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with other staff and volunteers to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Upholding Our Mission: Represent our ministry’s values by treating donations, customers, and team members with respect and care.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or environment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and value when assessing donated items.
- Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain order in a fast-paced setting.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Commitment to Our Mission: Alignment with our Christian values and the desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

- Ability to regularly lift 25-50 lbs.

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
