Location: Horseheads, New York
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem
Pay: $38 - $40 + Shift Differentials

Provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing assistance with daily living activities
Assess the physical and emotional needs of our residents and develop and implement personalized care plans to meet those needs
Monitor our residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care that addresses their unique needs and preferences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our residents' care, including progress notes, medication lists, and discharge plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What We’re Looking For
Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
