Kitchen Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, preparation, and serving of meals to our residents, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and preferences
Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Monitor inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
