Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook. Our ideal candidate is attentive and works well under pressure, helping the kitchen run smoothly. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food items to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and handle food preparation
• Cook menu items in coordination with the kitchen team
• Maintain cleanliness of the station and handle leftover food properly
• Assist with stocking and inventory management

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
