Floor Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Coatings Flooring Specialist and Drivers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring various flooring surfaces using a variety of tools and techniques. Your expertise will ensure durable, high-quality finishes that meet project specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from flooring installation to garages, patios, sidewalks, and interior flooring, contributing to the transformation of residential and commercial spaces.

$18 - $21 hourly

• Install, repair, and restore flooring surfaces, including epoxy coatings, with precision and care

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and applying floor care products to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for sanding, buffing, and finishing floors

• Perform floor preparation tasks such as concrete finishing, surface grinding, or patching damaged areas prior to coating application

• Assist with water damage restoration projects by removing damaged flooring materials and applying appropriate restoration techniques

• Collaborate with team members

• Skilled in using hand tools such as grinders, buffing machines, and other power tools

• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to follow technical instructions accurately

• Proven experience in flooring installation

• Valid Drivers License

• Drivers Only: Experience driving truck with trailer attached

• Must pass drug test

• Occasional overnight or up to a week travel
