Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and self-sufficient Office Administrative Assistant to support the Owner and General Manager at a busy logistics operation in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office professional who is comfortable working independently, staying organized, and keeping daily administrative activities moving without constant supervision.

The ideal candidate must be someone who can take initiative, make sound day-to-day decisions, communicate clearly, and stay on top of responsibilities independently. Experience in cross-docking, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a similar environment is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in both English and Russian are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Owner and General Manager.
  • Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, respond to emails, and communicate information professionally.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Maintain organized office files, records, schedules, and other administrative information.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal team members as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to cross-docking, logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.
  • Work independently and prioritize daily responsibilities while the Owner is traveling.
  • Support the General Manager and Owner with additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous office administrative experience in a logistics, transportation, cross-docking, warehouse, or related environment strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English and Russian communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook/email, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, drivers, and management.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • $25.00 per hour, paid weekly
