Compensation & Earning Potential:
- Hourly range: $25 - $30 *May be adjusted for candidates with advanced skill sets and leadership experience
- Compensation based on experience, trade proficiency, and overall qualifications.
- Overtime, on-call rotation, storm deployment, and extended-hour assignments significantly increase total earnings

DRYCOR is seeking an experienced Lead RECON Technician to manage and perform reconstruction work on large-scale residential and commercial losses.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations while actively producing work.
Core Trade Expertise:
- Advanced carpentry and structural repairs
- Drywall systems, interior/exterior painting, flooring installation
- Kitchen and bathroom reconstruction
- Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Restoration or insurance-driven construction experience preferred
- Lead and perform demolition, structural repair, and reconstruction
- Lead crews and subcontractors to meet safety and quality standards
- Coordinate materials, scheduling, and daily job-site operations
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support emergency response and storm deployment
- Collaborate with Project Managers & client to maintain timelines and client satisfaction
- 5 - 10 years of residential and commercial remodeling experience
- Strong understanding of project sequencing, production flow, and multi-site management
- Ability to read plans and interpret scopes (Xactimate preferred)
- Deep knowledge of building codes and construction best practices
- High attention to detail; finish quality must meet professional standards
- Restoration experience (water, fire, mold) strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and job-site organization skills
- High school diploma or GED required (trade certifications or IICRC credentials preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Reliable transportation and ability to work 40–50+ hours per week
- Physically able to lift 75–100 lbs, climb ladders up to 40’, and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Comfortable working in environments impacted by fire, water, mold, or storm damage
