Position Type: Full-Time 30 hours to 40 hours

The Role

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Los Angeles locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service

• Assist customers with pet food, supplies, and general product questions

• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards

• Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for animals and comfort working around pets

• Strong communication and people skills

• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with scheduling

• Willingness to learn about pet nutrition, products, and animal care

• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment

• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a retail shift

Schedule & Availability

• Open availability preferred

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
