We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who is interested in building a business within commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. Commercial real estate is a relationship-driven business. In this role, you will focus on connecting with business owners, investors, property owners, developers, and decision-makers while identifying opportunities that align with their investment and business goals. You will strengthen your ability to uncover opportunities, evaluate market conditions, negotiate transactions, and provide strategic guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
You will work alongside experienced commercial professionals while learning proven prospecting strategies, investment analysis, financial fundamentals, and client advisory skills. With ongoing coaching, practical experience, and collaborative support, you will continue building the confidence and knowledge needed to represent clients in increasingly sophisticated commercial transactions.

Compensation:$150,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
- Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Prospect for new commercial clients through networking and business development
- Analyze commercial properties and identify investment opportunities
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout commercial transactions
- Conduct property tours, client meetings, and market presentations
- Build long term relationships with investors, business owners, and commercial property owners
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Proven negotiating and communication skills
- Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
- Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
- Skilled in industry practices and lease language
- Active California Real Estate License
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Interest in commercial real estate, investments, and business development
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently
- Coachable with a desire to learn commercial sales, leasing, and investment strategies
