Live Chat Representative

AKC Healthcare Incorporated is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The successful candidate will communicate with customers through online chat, answer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming live chat inquiries.
• Provide customers with accurate information about company services and procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and general concerns.
• Identify customer needs and direct complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Schedule appointments and assist with customer requests when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, live chat, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Professional and courteous communication style.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
