Position: Production Associate

Location: Minooka, IL

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Job Overview

A Production Associate is responsible for performing hands-on manufacturing and assembly operations to maintain efficient plant production. Working on the 3rd shift, you will operate machinery, inspect products for quality, pack items for distribution, and maintain a safe, clean workplace during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Manufacturing: Run assembly lines, monitor automated machinery, and manually assemble components according to production specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, transport heavy items across the plant floor, and keep workstations fully stocked.
• Packaging & Palletizing: Box, label, and prep completed goods for shipping and storage.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and keep equipment and work areas clean.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work overnight hours reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8–10 hours per shift, and perform repetitive stooping, bending, or reaching.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production roles is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
