Est Weekly Wages: $3,120-$3,200

Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential.
- Licensed Health Services Executive (HSE) through the BELTSS Board, or eligibility as required.
- Meets Minnesota requirements for an Assisted Living Director–In-Residence (ALD-IR)
- Previous leadership or management experience in an assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
- Requirements: State-approved licensure, 6 months of nursing experience, Driver’s license and car preferred
Executive Director
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Director to provide leadership for the day-to-day operations at an assisted living community. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for residents, supporting and developing team members, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who is passionate about senior living, values accountability, and excels in a dynamic environment.
Position Summary
The Executive Director provides overall operational leadership for the community, ensuring high-quality resident services, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. This position oversees all aspects of community operations, including staffing, budgeting, resident satisfaction, occupancy growth, and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
