Minimum Requirements:
- Business-level English and fluent Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Solid understanding of basic electrical and electronic circuits.
- Strong project scheduling and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of curiosity and initiative.
- Ability to identify issues accurately and propose effective solutions.
- Capability to understand customers’ needs and expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of BOM management and prototype/mass production processes.
- Familiarity with communication standards such as CAN, Ethernet, USB, WiFi, Bluetooth.
- Experience in automotive equipment development, quality control, and knowledge of relevant automotive standards.
