- Work warm leads only — no cold calling, no dialing random lists
- Call aged data (20+ years) + fresh inbound inquiries daily
- Use proven scripts to overcome objections and lock in appointments
- Set appointments for free in-home energy evaluations (no hard selling)
- Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commission
- $15–$20/hour base (1099)
- Aggressive commission structure (up to $150 per appointment)
- Performance bonuses + year-end volume incentives
- High performers can significantly increase weekly earnings
- No cold calling = higher contact rates, better conversations
