Picker/Packer

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Day Shift

GL Staffing is currently hiring a Picker / Packer for a growing company specializing in custom products for major theme parks and commercial clients throughout Central Florida.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology in a warehouse environment.

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners.
• Pack products into boxes for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Count inventory using handheld scanners and tablets.
• Verify product quantities and prepare orders for shipping.
• Label, organize, and stage completed orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, tablets, and basic technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally (most items are lightweight).
• Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
