Join our team as an Admissions Coordinator and help ensure a smooth, welcoming transition for new residents. This role is key to maintaining census levels, supporting marketing efforts, and building strong relationships with families and referral sources.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate pre-admission data and resident assessments

  • Support marketing and census growth with referral outreach

  • Conduct interviews and verify resident information

  • Collaborate with nursing and administration for room assignments

  • Escort and welcome new residents

  • Maintain accurate, confidential records

  • Assist with admission paperwork and policy communication

  • Partner with the Director of Business Development on marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or recent college graduate

  • Experience in admissions or healthcare preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented

  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
