Responsibilities
- Sell and service personal lines insurance policies including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate documentation and policy records
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales and retention goals
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Active Life Insurance License (required)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
