Pay Rate:Up to $59/hr combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available on day 1, 401k and more!Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)Job Summary:Provides post-operative care for the complex surgical population.Key Responsibilities:Assesses and intervenes appropriately to ensure positive outcomes during the post-operative phase.Monitors and cares for newly tracheostomies.Assesses and maintains wounds that require a wound vac and other complex wound managementMaintain accurate patient records and collaborate with physicians and care teams.Assesses, manages and educates patient and families on new ostomies.Requirements:RN license in state of assignment.BLS (AHA) required.Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required.Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.Work Environment & Demands:Hospital settings (post-op recovery, step-down).Rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays.Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
