Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven HR Specialist to join our team at Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of CNAs, Nurses, and other Healthcare Professionals, managing records and information, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment of CNAs, Nurses, and other Healthcare Professionals

• Manage records and information

• Heavy outbound/inbound phone calls

• Job Postings

• Setting up interviews

• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or nursing homes

• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Excellent customer service skills

• Computer literate
