Responsibilities

Review and process all incoming title paperwork for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.

Ensure every document complies with state regulations to avoid delays in registration.

Communicate clearly with the sales team, lenders, and government agencies to resolve any title discrepancies.

Maintain an organized and precise digital filing system for all vehicle records.

Follow up on outstanding titles and ensure all dealer trades are processed promptly.

Provide helpful guidance to customers if they have questions regarding their vehicle title or registration status.


Requirements

At least two years of experience in automotive titling or vehicle registration processes.

Strong proficiency in DMV documentation and state-specific title requirements.

High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail when processing legal documents.

Working knowledge of CDK or similar dealership management software systems.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Associate degree or equivalent office administration experience is a plus.
