Your Role as RN Weekend Supervisor
Oversee staff assignments and resident care per facility policies
Administer medications and professional nursing services
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, coordinating logistics
Supervise and support nursing personnel, ensuring quality care
Investigate complaints and report to leadership
Collaborate with consultants and implement improvements
Provide nursing reports at shift changes
Monitor residents’ physical and emotional status daily
Qualifications
Graduate of accredited nursing program with current RN license in Missouri
Leadership ability with willingness to supervise diverse staff
