Experience in an assembly manufacturing operation
Mechanically inclined
Able to build Creform, SUS, 80/20 etc. structures.
Use of measuring tape and blueprint reading
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Problem solving techniques.
Strong team player, results orientated, dedication to excellence and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives.
Come up with kaizen ideas and help the team to materialize.
Lead team of technicians at innovation studio.
Develop and works with work standard instructions.
Build material inventory list for work at shop and make order fulfillment.
Activities involved walking, coordination with other departments, negotiation, and implementing kaizen ideas on the manufacturing floor.
Support Karakuri projects.
