RBT Floater with Guaranteed Hours
Job Description
Supporting Autism is seeking our next amazing RBT Floater! The right candidate for this opportunity will be hold current RBT certification, have at least 1 year of prior experience providing direct ABA services and enjoy a fast-paced role where you can support multiple learners daily. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about representing both the field and our company in a positive way by implementing industry best-practices every day.

Our company is privately owned by a practicing BCBA and we have been accredited through the BHCOE since 2023.
We are looking for a RBT with a proven track record in making the most of each session, advocating for their learner's best interests, and facing each challenge with flexibility and a positive outlook. This candidate should be equally invested in advocating for the learners and supporting the training of incoming staff.
Requirements to apply:
Hold RBT certification with the BACB for at least 1 year
Have availability to support the closing shift until 5:00, Monday - Friday
Proven ability and willingness to work with learners of all ages, support needs and communication styles

Demonstrate skill implementing positive and proactive de-escalation strategies in accordance with QBS: Safety Care guidelines
Preference will be given to:
Candidates with more extensive experience in ABA (longer than 6 months being certified, relevant coursework towards their Bachelors or Masters in ABA/ related degrees)
