General Laborer Commercial Construction

Fuse Staffing is hiring General Laborers for commercial construction projects. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work, follow directions, and be part of a construction crew.

• Perform general labor duties on commercial construction sites
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
• Assist skilled tradespeople and other crew members as needed
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and free of debris
• Pick up and properly dispose of construction materials and waste
• Move materials, tools, and equipment around the jobsite
• Assist with basic construction tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Follow all company and jobsite safety rules and procedures
• Perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials

• Construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to pass any required jobsite screening or safety requirements

Hourly Rate: $19/hr
