Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to residents on our weekend shift, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, identifying needs and making recommendations for care
Administer medications and treatments, documenting all medication administration accurately
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
