Behavior Technician (BT) - School-Based | Up to $26/hr | San Ramon, CA

Up to $26/hr | Monday-Friday | No nights or weekends

Work directly with K-12 students who need consistent behavioral support throughout the school day. Covelo Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in San Ramon, CA to help students stay engaged, follow routines, and make progress in the classroom.

You’ll work alongside teachers and school staff in a structured school setting while providing direct behavioral support to students.

• Earn up to $26/hr based on experience, paid weekly*

• Monday-Friday school schedule

• No nights or weekends

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

• Consistent school-based setting

• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more available starting the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment

• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to K-12 students

• Implement behavior intervention and support plans

• Help students stay engaged and follow classroom routines

• Track and document student progress toward IEP or 504 goals

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical support teams

• High school diploma or equivalent

• ABA, Behavior Technician, or behavioral support experience preferred

• BLS certification preferred

• Ability to consistently follow established behavior and support plans

• Reliable attendance during scheduled school hours
