What You’ll Do:

• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory
• Drive sales, build community relationships, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Handle hiring, coaching, and team development
