Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:Maintain process such as rendering and tissue processeslockout tag outDisassembling and re-assembling equipmentSampling productTracking, reading or creating reports manually or via computerEnsuring food safety and qualityCleanliness and housekeepingMaintain safe work environmentLift 70+ lbsStanding for extended periods Previous experience preferred but willing to train with good work history.Willing to train the right candidate - stable work history MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE SHIFT ASSIGNED TO AND WEEKENDS
