Serving communities throughout New Jersey, we specialize in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey. As an RBT at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

  • Collaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessions

  • Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions

  • Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification preferred but not required

  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel to clients' homes as needed
