At Blossom ABA Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help children and families achieve meaningful goals. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing in-clinic team in Riverdale, GA.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs based on each client's needs.

  • Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.

  • Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.

  • Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being appropriately addressed.

  • Provide parent and caregiver training and support.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals as appropriate.

  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to RBTs.

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical discussions.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and applicable regulations.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive center-based environment.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Current Georgia LBA certification.

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and clinical skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.

  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for helping children and supporting families.
