At EarthScapes, we've been helping make Coastal Virginia look better one yard at a time since 1996.

We're looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work alongside your crew while ensuring every property meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and seasonal maintenance
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely
• Inspect job sites before and after service
• Ensure work meets company quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Monitor safety practices
• Communicate with management regarding schedules and customer needs
• Complete timesheets and job documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• 2+ years leading a crew
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
