Location: Gillette, WY (Travel Required)
Pay: $32 to $38 per hour plus bonuses plus per diem

Schedule: Full Time

Transport machinery and materials to project locations following CDL regulations
Perform drilling and excavation for substation foundations and caissons
Complete pre trip and post trip inspections to ensure safety and performance
Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate equipment movement and workflow
Support crews by positioning materials and assisting with site logistics
Maintain a strong safety mindset in high risk industrial environments
Active CDL Class A license required
Experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial settings
Strong working knowledge of excavators, loaders, and skid steers
Ability to work safely in active job sites with heavy equipment and crews
Reliable, dependable, and ready to travel as needed
Experience with vertical drill rigs or telescopic forklifts
Background in substation or heavy electrical construction
Completion of a trade program or technical certification
Strong understanding of job site safety standards
