Build signature aquatic environments across FloridaCompany snapshot- Premier builder of municipal aquatic centers, resort water features, competition pools, lazy rivers, and specialty installations.
- Known for complex, high-visibility projects requiring precision and pace.
- Hands-on field leader reporting to the Lead Superintendent.
- Own day-to-day field execution, crew oversight, and safety compliance.
- Ensure schedule, quality, and specifications are met on every task.
- Convert superintendent directives into executable daily plans.
- Lead, train, and motivate crews; maintain productivity and quality.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to support assigned scopes.
- Read and apply drawings, specs, and layout data.
- Oversee and perform: formwork installation; rebar placement/assembly; concrete placement/finishing; pool plumbing; equipment pad and piping installation; related structural/site work.
- Verify compliance with plans, engineering, and company standards.
- Run daily safety meetings; enforce OSHA and company safety practices.
- Maintain daily reports, time records, and material tracking.
- Communicate progress, constraints, and resource needs to the Lead Superintendent.
- Support scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
- Demonstrated success leading construction crews.
- Strong grasp of commercial pool construction workflows and sequencing.
- Extensive hands-on experience with formwork, rebar, concrete, and pool plumbing.
- Proficient interpreting plans and specifications.
- OSHA-aware; committed to jobsite safety.
- Effective communicator with strong organization.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Experience on major commercial aquatic facilities.
- Ability to operate construction equipment and tools.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30; CPR/First Aid.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
