Responsibilities:
Oversee weekend operations: Ensure timely and effective delivery of patient care services, coordinating with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our patients.
Supervise nursing staff: Lead a team of dedicated nursing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Manage patient flow: Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
Maintain quality standards: Monitor and improve patient care processes, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives: Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
Current RN license: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
Experience in a healthcare setting: Minimum of 0 years of experience in a related healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills: Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with diverse groups of healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
