Responsibilities

Oversee cleaning operations across various areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, laundry rooms, and industrial zones.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and sanitation protocols during all cleaning activities.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, use of cleaning equipment, and sanitation management practices.

Qualifications
Proven experience in custodial services or janitorial work with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning environments.
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in hospitality or facility management settings.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and foster teamwork.
Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices.
Effective communication skills for managerial interactions and customer service excellence.
Experience in laundry operations and hospitality-related housekeeping is highly desirable.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
