We specialize in cultivated locs, loc extensions, Sisterlocks, protective styles, and luxury wash-and-go services. What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly and continues to provide the exceptional service our clients expect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Training, coaching, and developing employees and team leaders.
• Delegating tasks to the team and providing follow-up to ensure success.
• Holding team members accountable for their performance and offering coaching or counseling as needed.
• Ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service for all clients.
• Maintaining product quality, salon cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards.
• Overseeing proper cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Managing inventory and ordering systems effectively.
• Providing services to clients when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Georgia Cosmetology License and salon experience (or significant salon experience).
• Excellent communication skills to connect with both customers and team members.
• A positive attitude and strong ethics that align with our values and culture.
• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused salon.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
