We're hiring Sales Center Call Agents to join our award-winning, Presidents Council District Office. You'll work alongside experienced Farmers Insurance professionals, receive paid training, and build a successful career selling insurance solutions to customers within established Farmers agency opportunities.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or someone looking to break into the insurance industry, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support to help you succeed—including assistance obtaining your insurance license.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with customers through inbound and outbound phone conversations.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Farmers Insurance products.

Generate new business opportunities while supporting experienced Farmers Insurance agencies.

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
