Responsibilities
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively following up with leads and closing opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Stay current on products and industry trends to confidently advise clients.
Administrative Tasks: Accurately document sales activities and client communications according to agency procedures.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Alaska Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Schedule: Must be available MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM.
Tech Skills: We are a technology-driven agency, so strong tech skills are a big plus.
